Nicole Garabaya serves as Director of Client Experience & Operations at Carolina Longevity, where she leads the client experience strategy and supports the operational excellence of the practice.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in longevity medicine, plastic surgery, and aesthetics, Nicole combines strategic oversight with a personalized, relationship-driven approach to care. She oversees the client journey from initial engagement through ongoing care, leads the client experience team, and helps coordinate the systems and processes that support seamless clinic operations.
Her focus is on creating a refined, highly personalized experience that reflects Carolina Longevity’s commitment to exceptional service, individualized care, and long-term health optimization. Passionate about fitness, nutrition, and whole-person wellness, she believes that exceptional healthcare extends beyond clinical outcomes. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where clients feel valued, supported, and empowered throughout their health and longevity journey.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole embraces an active lifestyle with a strong focus on weightlifting and strength training, and enjoys traveling and taking on home projects with her husband. She values structure, consistency, and a commitment to lifelong wellness—principles that align closely with Carolina Longevity’s mission.
