What is a Longevity Assessment?

A longevity clinic assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of your metabolic, hormonal, and functional health. Unlike traditional checkups, this process combines advanced biomarker testing, hormone testing, and functional medicine assessments to provide a complete picture of your physiology.

This approach allows us to move beyond symptom-based care and into precision, data-driven optimization—often referred to as modern biohacking, but grounded in clinical medicine.

Comprehensive Health Assessment Options

Metabolic Fitness Testing

Our metabolic fitness testing includes VO₂ max analysis and energy utilization assessment to evaluate how efficiently your body produces and uses oxygen.

This is one of the most powerful predictors of cardiovascular health, endurance, and longevity.

Assessment FAQs

  • Not at all. Our assessments are available as standalone appointments and are a great first step. They allow you to gain meaningful insight into your health before deciding if a membership feels right for you.

  • Absolutely. Many clients choose to begin their journey with our Comprehensive Baseline Assessment, which allows our medical and wellness team to develop a truly personalized plan from the start.

This immersive onboarding experience includes an iDXA body composition scan, VO₂ max metabolic testing, comprehensive metabolic and hormone labs, functional movement and strength assessments, a nutrition consultation with lunch, and a dedicated physician consultation to review your results and guide your next steps.

  • Assessment times can vary depending on your selection. Some visits are as quick as 20 minutes for Precision Lab Work, while more comprehensive options—like our Lab Work, iDXA Scan, and VO₂ max trio—typically take around 2 hours.

For those beginning with our Comprehensive Baseline Assessment, you can expect a more in-depth, half-day experience lasting approximately 4.5 hours.

  • If you’re not sure where to start, we’re here for you. Our team will take the time to understand your goals and concerns, and thoughtfully guide you toward the assessments that best support where you are and where you want to go.

  • Preparation is simple, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. For lab work, we ask that you arrive fasting—no food or drink other than water after midnight.

If you’re scheduled for an iDXA body composition scan, VO₂ max testing, or our Comprehensive Baseline Assessment, we recommend wearing comfortable gym attire with little to no metal (for the iDXA scan).

After booking, it can also be helpful to jot down any questions or goals you’d like to discuss, so you can make the most of your time with our clinical team.

  • After your assessment, our team takes the time to thoughtfully review your results and connect the dots across your data.

You’ll meet with your provider to walk through your findings in detail, answer any questions, and outline clear, personalized next steps based on your goals. Whether that includes targeted interventions, lifestyle recommendations, or ongoing support through a membership, you’ll leave with a plan designed specifically for you.

  • Your assessments are performed by our experienced clinical team, which may include Dr. Ryan, Allison (Nurse Practitioner), and Ann (Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian), depending on the services you choose.

For any lab-based assessment, a dedicated consultation with Dr. Ryan is always included once your results are available, ensuring you receive clear guidance and a personalized plan moving forward.

→ DUTCH Test

The DUTCH test captures hormone activity over the course of a full day, offering deeper insight into how hormones are produced, metabolized, and cleared by the body.

When combined with blood work, it provides a more complete picture—helping uncover patterns linked to fatigue, mood changes, and sleep disturbances that may not be visible through standard testing alone.
